Have used letchworth branch many years, always been happy with the service. When i found Lee had moved to Biggleswade branch i was a little concerned i would loose that personal touch at the front of house. I need not have worried because they are still very professional and efficient. Keep up the good work.

We had excellent service from Emmitt and the team in Swaffham. We had broken down in Swaffham and they helped us move the car and even returned it to us after changing the tyres. Absolutely amazing and a completely professional company to deal with. Could not recommend more.

I had an appointment with Tyre Pro. I rang and asked how long it would take. I was told less than an hour. I turned up on time. I was told to return after an hour. I did so ...
They had not even started the work on my car, let alone finishing it!!!

I got upset and told them that I would miss my doctor's appointment. They kept serving other customers and finally after half an hour of real frustration, they gave me my car and I missed my appointment with my GP!

Had an issue with a tyre after hitting a pot hole. The guys at Bordon told me to come straight round and did a thorough exam on the wheel but it was beyond repair. They ensured I was ok to drive home. 1st class service from them. Will use again and recommend.

Great service from Tyrepros Royston. Following a tyre split and wheel damage from a water filled deep pothole, they were helpful, knowledgeable and professional, and were able to give a speedy repair. Good price and definitely recommend.

Called at Tyre Pros Halifax with a slow puncture just as they were locking up on Christmas Eve. The lads weren't going to leave me stuck and opened up and sorted the tyre, all with a smile. Excellent customer service. Thanks all.

Left for a family trip for Christmas. Car fully loaded, kids, dogs, bags and 5 miles from home I notice something seriously wrong with the steering!

Managed to get branch and they could see on our faces the predicament we were in. They got the car up and instantly said there was a problem, as the front wheel was not moving. Turns our it was the calliper!! So new calliper, discs and pads as they were glowing orange from the intense heat!

They somehow managed to get the parts and had me back on the road within 3 hour.

Used to go to ATS but now I'll be going to STS Tyrepros in Swaffham. Had a really great experience - fitted me in last minute to look at a bad puncture. Whilst they were repairing it they offered to look at my wife's car's noisy exhaust, which they diagnosed and priced up there and then. They weren't in the slightest bit pushy and we got booked in within the following few days. Would highly recommend the Swaffham branch, super approachable and great service.

over an hour and a half to change two tyres in wymondham and add a new tpms sensor. Damaged the locking wheel nut so couldnt get one of them off. Said it had been over torqued. Didnt have the tool to do this. It took me 30 seconds to do this at home with a bolt extractor that every tyre shop should have. Bolt was torqued correctly as per manufacturers guidlines. Put the new tyre on (the one with the new sensor) and car error messages saying it cannot read the pressures. Took back to tyre pros who said they couldn't look at their problem for 2 more days, no concern, no apologies. Absolute shambles.

Aaron @ Luton branch was fantastic he sorted out my tyre with 2 nails in it !!! Couldn’t have asked for better service from him and his team. I normally can’t be bothered to write reviews but felt compelled this time as the service was exceptional. Whilst I was there I overheard another lady complimenting Aaron and his team as she had an issue with her tyres that 3 other garages were unable to resolve and they had managed to do so!!!!! Can’t recommend them highly enough will definitely be using them in the future.
